A dream is like a film, containing snapshots of various things from within your life. The great thing about a dream, is that it is a dream. For once, logic can be hurled out the window. I often have dreams where I am doing something, often with a mixture of people from my primary school, secondary school, old football club and tennis group. I always wake up and think, 'that was weird. Those two people don't even know each other. Why is there this mixture of different people?'
Of course, after logic has disappeared, all kinds of possibilities open up. Anything becomes possible. I once had a dream where I was in a giant spaceship, floating down a snowy A26, and eventually reaching a shopping mall in Russia. Likely? I think not.
The amusing thing about dreams is the fact that the combination of random people and objects it takes often create something that is random, often (for me) in a comical fashion. What is more amazing, however, is how the human mind can knit these random people and objects together, to create a plausible story.
What are people's experiences of dreams? What are your thoughts on them? What's the best/most random dream you have ever had?
